Monday the 11th I found my favorite girl had sour crop. We moved her into captivity and gave her liquids (half water half apple cider vinegar) through a syringe. We resorted to the "tipping technique" in a desperate Hail Mary on Friday, but didn't do much because of the known issues with it. I woke up in a panic in the middle of the night and checked on her and she was unable to stand and still horrendously thin. Her crop was finally small and hard! However, she couldn't open her eyes for more than a few seconds and barely fought back when I syringe fed her and she threw up a bit of the liquids despite her head held above her crop. I'm desperate for quick ways to make sure she doesn't die of starvation! Anyone who can give a quick, household (no vet / feed store) way to help her live will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
