urgent weak chick just hatched

Hi yay finally some chicks have hatched. Couple of questions...
1 do i need to modify the temp with them in there now (the incubator) i dont want them to overheat.

2 the last chick seems to be VERY weak. More so than the others after hatch. Is there anything i can do or give him to boost? I can access him without lifting the lid. I can fit a dropper or pipette in there through the vent if necessary. The chick also had much redder membrane than the others.. the other two "helped" him out of the egg basically opening it for him then knocked him out of it. Lol they were more impatient than me.

I hope your chick is ok, it's my first hatch and I'm just reading all the threads, how is he doing now? Has he come round a bit?

He has. New prob though. In about 30 mins temp jumped degree to 101.1 still air incubator is this go i to hurt them. Noticed the chirping slowed so I hopped up and quickly adjusted. They are bouncing again however one that has pipped seems to be drying out. The membrane is turning brown. I still see a beak trying to slowly get out. When should I take action?

What is the humidity like? Is there any way of wetting the membrane without getting it near his beak? If there are others pipping I have read you shouldn't open up as you can shrink wrap the ones pipping but then I also read that a chick may need help if the membrane is going brown, have you read the threads on assisting chicks? Someone with more experience will hopefully come along soon

He just popped out. The other chicks covered the egg and turned it over and over. He was able to break out the other side. How amazing is nature.

God is good! 9 Noisey, healthy lookin litte one so far.

The last one that hatched is very blood dragging blood everywhere but there are still other pipped and i dont want to open the lid and take him out. Hes walking but his underside is VERY blood looms like a horror show. Please anybody know what to do?
