urgently need help

i have a chick which pipped on day nineteen and still didnt complete its hatch on day 21 other eggs started hatching please help

The problem is if it starts shrink wrapping where the incubator was opened ,it won't be able to get out without assistance, if chirping gets weak you will need to assist it out, Have you read up on that?

i decided to help it and i removed all the shell around it and all the membrane was dry
hes fine now
