URI, odd stool, possible mycoplasma

Hello, I have what I believe to be acute URI in my flock from what ive read. I have a particular hen who has been up and down the last month or so now isolated in the coop with Tylosin water. Today she had a very off looking stool. I am on the fence about culling her... I feel as tho she's been suffering with this terrible disease in my flock. Any input on her stool is helpful, thanks!

Do you see anything moving in the green dropping? Have you wormed your birds recently? Have you added any new birds to the flock recently? The others have probably already been exposed to the respiratory disease. How long has she been on the Tylosin? Have you seen any improvement? What are all of her symptoms?

nothing moving. my whole flock was treated for tapes last month. I have never seen roundworms in stool.
I added new birds beginning of January that unknowingly brought in the respiratory illness.. huge bummer for the flock and me..
Everyone in my flock has been exposed. Hen in question seems to have got the short stick so far. I had 1 other hen with bubbly eyes for a few days who I treated and is on the mend, with just random sneeze here and there.
Tylosin I started yesterday. Her symptoms include sneezing, gurgling, lethargic, not eating, closing her eyes, her face is red especially around her eyes and she is warm to touch when she is really feeling sick. This is the second time since January that she has felt this bad. We had a cold wether system move through here yesterday after being pretty warm. its seems like when it drops in temp is when her worse symptoms comes out.

They do have trouble keeping warm when they are suffering from a respiratory issue. If you decide to cull or you lose her, it would be a good opportunity to send her body to the state vet for testing and necropsy. That way you would know if she has MG or whatever. Air sacculitis can be a complication of MG infection. I hope she gets better. Here is a list of state vets including yours in Tucson:

Hello again! I was wondering your thoughts on an egg withdrawl for tylosin powder? I want to give my whole flock a round of tylosin because I noticed another hen sneezing. Thanks!
