Urinating hen?

Every morning I find a large puddle of (almost) clear liquid from one of our hens - and a spattering of dark green poo.. but it's the liquid that's bothering me and I can't find it listed as a symptom anywhere. Otherwise she seems bright enough, although I suspect she's not been laying any eggs lately. Does anybody recognize this? She seems to eat well enough, could it possibly be worms?
(I've wormed her once before when she had diarrea) This is becoming a growing concern so any ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks

Here is a link to the Poo chart. If you look at it, you'll see that there are a lot of "normal" ones. There are also some that show abnormal and worms. Hope this helps you out a little bit. If you find one in there that looks like it matches yours and is abnormal, let us know and we may be able to help try to figure it out. Good luck!
