Use of Antiboiotics -chicks with a cold -puffy eye and sneezing

Hello and thank you for your help in advance.

I picked up Tetroxy HCA-280 for chicks about 6 weeks old. two have one puffy eye and one sneezing

dose label is confusing . who has experience with product or other products to deal with what appears like a cold
