Used pine shavings as a mulch?

Can I take my used shavings and use them as a mulch in the vegetable garden and around the flowers?

Oh yes! Ive been doing it for years, it works terrifically.

yep, but you should compost it first. Chicken poo can burn plants if it's not allowed to decay first.

Bunny poo is no problem, dump it right on the plants, no burning.
