Actually the best way is to PM any staff member.

But since you've posted, we can do it here.

You need to confirm that you understand that generally only one name change per user is allowed. If you will post that, I'll change it.

I see you are offline so I will subscribe to this thread and check back. Once it's changed, you will see the new name in your postbit (above where your avatar would go.)
