Uses for boiled eggs?

I'll save this list but I boiled a bunch of eggs so I'm trying to use them up.

I like them sliced on top of a green salad.
Or, if I'm feeling lazy, I just take the shells off the eggs, squirt a little ranch dressing on them, and skip the lettuce & other veggies.

You can put a few in potato salad.

I was thinking of doing that with a bit mustard and ranch. . . .might as well slice one up and make myself a sandwich. Peeling that many eggs requires a snack, lol.

I like pea salad. Which is green peas (I use frozen and cook until just tender), boiled eggs-diced, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. And if you like onion, you can add a few diced onions.

We just ordered several of those ingredients for some of the other recipes. Now I know what to do with the excess :celebrate

Have you tried boiled egg chocolate pudding? I was very skeptical when I first heard about it but I had everything on hand and was curious enough to try it. Honestly it tastes a lot better than it sounds

I'll admit we did this first . . . can't deny my sweet tooth. My son and I felt it needed a bit more sugar after we gave it a taste. We had a bit of hot fudge topping leftover from another desert we made, so I added about 2 teaspoons to the mix. YUMMY!

ETA: If anyone has suggestions on how to make different flavors of this I'm all ears. Vanilla and butterscotch are our favorite pudding flavors

We like fritattas when we have a surplus of eggs but of course this doesn't address your BOILED egg issue.

I boil a dozen eggs every week and keep them in a container in the fridge, where my DH snags one every mirning to go with his breakfast of cereal and a banana. (He was a long -time bachelor and does not expect a cooked breakfast, lol!)

I like a sliced boiled egg on a fresh garden salad ...

A chopped boiled egg heated in cream of mushroom soup, served over toasted bread, makes a lovely warm lunch.

When I make egg salad, I boil a dozen eggs, there are four of us. And I serve it on split croissants, not sandwich bread!

Hmm I do have some canned biscuits in the fridge I trying to figure out what to do with them. 🤔
