Uses for boiled eggs?

I make them in quart canning jars but I keep them in the fridge so I don't process can them. I have heard some people do but I know it's not an FDA approved method. Lots of videos online.
So just boiled eggs in vinegar in a jar in a fridge . . ?

I have a glut of eggs and I'm looking for quick and easy ways to cook a bunch at once. Were running out of room in the fridge, but I don't want to sell them just yet because a lot are from new layers.

I plan to boil a pot full of eggs (30) and I have a couple of ideas on what I'll do with them, but I could use a few more.

I plan to make deviled eggs with 8-10 and Egg salad with another 4-6 eggs. I'm not opposed to feeding some back to the chickens, but I could use one or two more suggestions to use a few more boiled eggs.
My kids and I love "soy eggs" you peel the boiled eggs then drop them in a tub of soy sauce and soak for a couple hours, they are delicious sliced onto salad or rice or stir fry. I often make a big batch at a time, soak them overnight, then drain and slice them the next day. I keep the sauce for other things (marinade, teryaki, soups, or just rice usually) as a bonus if you leave them in the sauce they essentially pickle and so last way longer. But caution, they can get very strong if you leave them too long!

I'll admit we did this first . . . can't deny my sweet tooth. My son and I felt it needed a bit more sugar after we gave it a taste. We had a bit of hot fudge topping leftover from another desert we made, so I added about 2 teaspoons to the mix. YUMMY!

ETA: If anyone has suggestions on how to make different flavors of this I'm all ears. Vanilla and butterscotch are our favorite pudding flavors
I will have to try this! I have a low weight struggle eater, and protien Is the biggest hurdle, he would rather eat raw cabbage than a hamburger! He loves creamy things though, so I bet he would like this. I'm guessing if you left out the cocoa powder to make it vanilla it wouldn't get the right texture, but maybe you could add extra boiled yolks to balance that? And of course add more vanilla.

Yes! I was actually reading through to the end to add this one!!!

Mayak eggs, there are some various recipes online. I use soy sauce, dilute with a little water, maybe 2/3 soy sauce, 1/3 water adjust to taste, add in a sliced onion, garlic, hot pepper flakes, ginger, one of those or all or whatever mix sounds good.

I dont know how I never thought of adding any of those! 😲🤤

We've been making large quantities of Egg Salad. We found a good base my son and I both like . . .5-6 boiled eggs, dill pickles, ranch dressing and a bit of mustard. Then we divide it up . . . he likes hot sauce in his, I go for onions and a bit of diced garlic. We've also made batches with shredded chicken or canned tuna.

We also tried using the boiled eggs with instant pudding to make different flavors of egg pudding . . .that's a work in progress  It looked more like cake batter, tasted pretty good though . . I froze it for another day.

I've been on a kick lately of having open-faced egg salad on toasted homemade sourdough bread topped with homemade Cowboy Candy (homemade from my garden) for breakfast! Yummy!!!

I also make my deviled eggs with chopped Cowboy Candy & Bacon crumbles mixed in the yolk with mustard & mayonnaise...always a hit!
