Using "Azolla" as chicken feed

Does anyone using Azolla to feed chickens? I read that its contenant a high level of protein and it can mixed with chicken feed

The only reason I didn't use it, is that it came with mosquito fish, which ate all the azolla. I also read up on it, and it does sound like a great food. You'd still need the right minerals, and the right types of amino acids making up the protein.
