using dog kennels for coops

/img][/url] here are two of my coops. not the ritz, but i bought the kennels for about 5o.oo. and its easy to wrap them up so the birds are warm in winter. the nest boxes are towards the back and i use a gravity fed waterer that uses a homade bucket to feed water down to a bell waterer. makes it easy. my feeder is also homemade, but works great. the second pic didn,t post i'll try again

It is a good Idea only thing the wire fence has a very larg holes will allow posams and other small rats to get in,I don't knowmay be you used a smaller mesh fence.

I like the idea of using dog kennels. I though about doing that, but just haven't yet. Post some more pics if you have time!! I love seeing what others do.
