I didn't have any nesting boxes for my girls because I didn't expect eggs til the end of August. So this past tuesday i looked inside there dogloo and there were 4 eggs, I had a nice wooden box so I put pine shavings in it and the girls have been using it ever since. I didn't even put fake eggs in there, they just knew. Smart girls they are.
