I know that chicken poop needs to age about 12 months before using in vegetable beds. What about goose and duck poop? Does it also need to age?

thank you!!Short answer: Duck and goose poo is not hot like chicken poo, which needs to age and mellow out before applying to the garden. Many people use duck and goose poo immediately.
