Using RSS Reader?

Is there any way to use an RSS reader to keep up with the threads?

RSS support is planned (near the bottom of the todo list), but meanwhile, there are a few limited capabilities built into the forum software. Nifty posted this link once if you are technically minded, and my research based on that page came up with this way of tracking new posts.
