using the bbcodes

k. I've read the section on using bbcodes, but can't get the bold, underline, italic buttons to work. When I press them, I just get the signs for these. Also the color of the text, where is this located? I can use smilies fine. Just these I'm having trouble. Can someone help me figure out this very simple function? I know it's something very easy, just not seeing the prob! I've been on BYC for 3 yrs and I'm just trying to use these!!

Or you can click on the button first and type away inside of the tags Quote me to see the tags

Highlight what you want bolded or underlined and then hit that button.

Color is accomplished by:

In front of the text you want color put [color=color you want]
then put text
after your text put [/color]

So it should look like [color=color you want]TEXT[/color]

color you want = red, blue, green, yellow, purple, pink
