Wow, I guess I never had a problem with them. They forgot one time to put a liner in for the chick box but I mentioned on a email when i ordered some more and they sent it.
Also Tommy a friend of mine mentioned she was allergic to glue so instead of gluing her filters in she just tapes them and they work great. I haven't tried that but though I would give it a go next time I ship.

I would imagine it takes a lot of tapes! Haha. I glued mines and it seems to take a lot! Haha
