I bought a used little giant on e bay last night.. I only wanted a FEW laying hens but it looks like ive been bit by the chicken bug!

Yep! Take an egg carton and cut the top off and then cut the bottoms off to make a hole... Use a 2x4 or a few books under the bator to raise one side and then alternate sides 3-5 times a day... It's a little more work since it's not automatic BUT, you can fit more eggs that way.. The automatic turner for my hova bator can only fit 42.. With egg cartons, I was able to fit 64!!! I don't plan on buying a turner for it! LOL
