We are working on finishing touches, but I love so far. Also thinking of expanding the run another 8 feet or so in the spring.
So far we just have an arduino programmed to heat the water when the temp drops to 38 & under. Thinking about close range rfid trackers on each bird/sensors in nesting boxes to try & track who is laying when. (Any ideas or experiences here would be awesome!!) We also want to automate the door to the coop to open/close at the appropriate times.
