Utah!

Doesn't Cynthia have some OE.

I have some that are going to hatch soon..I hope. I only have one left from the 5 that I hatched..the one that I just know is a girl! I do have one that I am going to sell that is pure black. Looks just like a marans baby. Pure black with the white for now. Fuzzy feet. Came from a pretty Olive Egg. She is one of the most calm ones in my brooder right now. All of my babies are eating from my hand..sooo cute.
That leghorn Sundance gave me, is another Miss Piggy. I like her better than the one outside already! She acts just like my Miss Piggy did. She jumps into my hand when I put it down there, wanting those treats. She jumps up on the upper part of my arm too, just to be curious and look at me. I love her! I am pretty sure I am keeping the buff/partridge colored NN. So the black NN is up for going. She is sweet. :)
Next Sat. and Sun. A lot of EE eggs are going into lock down..pretty sure, and the OE's...

Here's three of my polish babies! They are supposed to be crele, but three are obviously wheaten based. We'll see how they feather in! They are so cute.

I hatched 4 out of 8 eggs shipped. That's not too bad considering that the air cells were a mess!

4 of 8 is good, I would be happy with that on any shipped eggs, let alone the Polish! I am so happy for you :) Polish babies are so adorable, I love the little hats haha :) It will be fun to see how those colors turn out.
Cool! I wish I had more room in my flock. I'd love to try hatching out a few different breeds. I'm getting pretty excited to start collecting Icelandic eggs in a couple of weeks, as it is

They're so fun.
Go Gunther and Sven!! ;) Is the clumsy one figuring it out yet?

does anyone know if there are any breeders for BCMs, Pure Americaunas, and Olive Eggers in or around SLC? Either chicks or eggs.

I get olive eggs 4 or so times a week from my lavender americana/fbcm. There's three roosters in the pen- a polish, a fbcm and a legbar. I don't think the polish gets any action, but either of the other two would result in her eggs continuing to be olive eggers, if you're interested in getting some to hatch.

I also have two olive egger cockerels I'm looking to get rid of. They are legbar mom, fbcm dad. If you buy one pullet, I'll make you take the two cockerels as buddies for her. They're 5 or so weeks old, I think.

I can't believe how CHATTY you guys are. OMIGOSH.

Corvidae, I wonder where those darker eggs are coming from! I played an april fool's prank on both my kids, and my friend a couple years ago. Snuck out to the coop and put dyed, hardboiled eggs out there. It was hilarious. To me.
