Utah!

Shinx..that is so cool..how do you get that web..ooh, someone knows computers!! No fair. I have a chick hatching video that I did myself, and can't post it. I've even tried putting it in different places, but can't get it to anywhere, even e-mail.

I'm thinking that chick is going to be a while, but when it gets going, it's going to zip pretty quick. IMHO

Going back to see if it hatched while I typed...just because I said that.

I can see someone small pecking inside that gap! I so want to watch the chick get out, but it's already way too late for me to be up................Still, what a special thing to see in part.

Three more minutes.

Sorry that it's being stubborn.

When my kids got up, they jolted the camera a little, and when I repositioned it, I was able to get both pips in the camera.

I'm not terribly computer savvy. This was a webcam we bought 6 or 7 years ago, and it's basically as simple as a mouse. Plug it in, go to that website, and do a couple quick set up things, and I was in business.

How long has that first one been pipped now? It doesn't look like it's progress too much? Maybe it's just the angle. I'm sure they are peeping at each other. Has the other one pipped yet?

I've had just the two pip so far.

Yeah, the first one (that's farther in the back) hasn't made a ton of progress. I think it pipped around 7pm last night. I'm trying to decide whether or not to panic. I can still see it moving, and I hear chirping from at least two chicks in there.

I've actually forced myself to leave the room and go watch tv, so I'm just watching it on webcam.

Let me know if/when you think I should help.

Oh, I was thinking it had pipped yesterday morning..no, give it a good 24 hrs..that's when I start to worry, especially if you can still see the beak is in the same place. When you don't see the beak any longer, and it's cracked a bit more, then you know it's at work.

I'll go look again... you still have some time, don't worry to much at this point.

Is that a pip at the end of the last one there? Maybe my eyes are seeing things. Right on the very end of the large end of the egg.
They are still busy in the other two. Good to see them moving isn't it? Poor baby chicks, they work so hard to get out..but it's good for them.

Ha, I am thinking that second one is going to beat the first one out..you just never know. That second one is really going to town, I can see it moving more egg shell towards the bottom.. come on baby!

Ha! I just happened to come back on...and saw you move it..you have another pip??

I think your first one is starting to zip!

Move it back to the left a little...pleeze?

When you were moving it, I thought I saw a pip in the middle, but it would have been at the wrong end, oh well, when that one gets out, there will be enough noise to get the others going if they are ready in there.

I still think that one is getting going now. The first...

I had to go and check, because that one in the middle DID look pipped in the webcam. It's not though.

The one with the bigger hole had put a bigger crack in it. Maybe she's rallying and is going to *finally* hatch soon.
