I have two Wellsummer roosters. Was wishing they were hens then saw my dark drown egg wishes disappear. Sigh.

1. Anybody want the roosters? Got them as chicks in February. Not crowing quite yet.
2. I'd love to replace them with one or two Wellsummer hens if anyone has any available.

Does anyone have a reasonable butcher in Ogden that'll do chickens? I'm debating starting some meat birds but I don't want to butcher them myself.

Welcome. This thread used to be crazy busy/fun. Guess time brings change to family situations. Some of us oldies pop in every now and again. Fry Sauce? I say, not everyone knows about hush puppies, and I'm not talking shoes.

Howdy neighbors.
I have 2 Kahki Campbell drakes. They are around 4 months old. Happy and healthy non aggressive. They get along great with my flock of chickens. I would love to trade one drake for a female. Anyone out there interested?
3/4 of my ducks this year turned out to be drakes and I think my one female Mallard would not be happy with all the attention!!
