Utah!

No adults, but babies. Lots of green eggs in lock down now. I have a lady down this way that is wanting the green eggs too. These will hatch on Fri. But you want those eggs NOW! LOL...I know how that is! Keep checking ksl, and you can even go on and ask about them. Just be careful what you bring home. Make sure they aren't sneezing, shaking their heads. No bumble foot. No excess biting at their rear ends. lol..that's me. The worry wort!

Where are u anyway? I may be interested in a chick but hope to fine an adult too. There is someone in Sandy on KSL He says they have lots of chickens so maybe he has one. I am going to call him.

LOL..I wrote a book, it's called a very loooong post on here.

Aww. You had me all excited there. I thought you were actually working on a book. I've written a few books, but they're not forum posts

Cynthia, that EE sure is starting to look like a boy, isn't it? I don't see any pointy saddle or hackle feathers, but that face is mighty red. Do RIR's go pink early on? The BO x EE I got from you still has a very pale comb. Hardly any pink to it at all. And the waddles don't even exist, yet. I'm wondering if it's because of the parentage.

See, for the carpet I used, I thought "FREE" was the best kind to use. As it turns out, it's a berber type carpet. I put it in the three nest boxes I see them lay eggs in, and the partridge chose one of the boxes I hadn't carpeted. Of course. The egg was fine this time though.

Lisa, I'd definitely try taping it. I think nothing nothing would make things worse, and it's certainly worth a try.

Brad, sorry about your mom's dog. :(

Ok you guys, quit making the weather bad!!! I'm supposed to have an outdoor ceremony with my girl scouts in an hour and a half and it looks like it's going to storm. The wind is awful, and i'm freaking out. I need it to be nice for a couple hours, and then it can get cold and nasty.

Good luck I went outside and the wind about blew me away. The chickens are all under the coop and next to the wall for a wind break

I just read it will frost tonight Grrrrrrrr I have over 300.00 worth of annuals planted, over 30 tomato plants, tons of peppers, my whole garden is up. So along with sending girly vibes pray for no frost for Cache Valley PLeeeez!! I will be so ticked if I have to start over. Ticked!

Hattie, Sasha has the other two Polish now. So you can still see pics! Yay! And I am so glad they have a super cushy spoiled home to go to :p :p

Ok more pictures...overload time. I wanted to show my Marans, Lisa's chicks, and a couple of the EE that kept a while back, and thought it was a girl. Is that saddle feathers I'm seeing, let alone those red wattles and comb. She/he, is 2 months now. I'll post a pic of her/him..first.
Not the best one to show the feathers I'm thinking on..there's my little Showgirl!
One of Lisa's pretty little Wheatons..aww

You can see the brown more in it's little tail starting in this picture
This one can show off some pretty wing feathers as well. This is so pretty. Not as much tail as the other
but I think it is still looking girly to me.

Look at those puffy cheeks. Very pretty birds, thank you Lisa!
Here is the first picture of one of my Marans..what do you think of these pictures..girl? Took the pics today.
Today is day 4

This is the same chick

Here is the smaller one I was worried about, it's leg, but it gets around fine now. :)

It is so sweet. Put it up by your neck and it makes that sweet little luvy sound.
She/he, is the smallest one. I love her. Maran chicks just aren't on my keep list. I won these eggs.

Oh I love the showgirl. Where did U get her.
