Utah!

Ok so 2 SQ FBCM pullets for Sundance, 1 SQ FBCM pullet for Blujems. I am taking the two project Marans and one SQ FBCM pullet.
If anybody else wants something over there let me know. She answers PM's really fast so if you have questions you can do that and just let me know what you need me to pick up :) SPHINX, I KNEW YOU WERE CAMPING! Jealous jealous jealous. We cancelled our plans, putting a roof on the new part of our run. WE did however get a fire pit started and sat outside so that helped a little. Just a little though.

Cynthia, woops I missed that post until just now. The one you kept looks great. The one you got back does look different, mine is in between yours. Hattie's sister has a light one too and we were wondering if they were considered splash, I never did ask Michelle what they would look like, girls or boys. Of the 3 blue wh and 2 wh I have, the wheatens had more bluish dark feathers when they were little, and more dark brown on top. The dark tips are just now looking more blackish than blue. The blue wheatens were much more creamy colored and the blue tips could barely be seen at all, very light light blue. I am wondering if you have one of each? I would definitely wait. I am not sure at all. Maybe you have a blue wheaten and a splash, and the splash i would have no I did not find out from her if they feather differently. BUT my blue wheaten from Bonnie is totally light and creamy colored like your second one, no blue hardly at all......
Here is a pic of my wheaten as a baby:

Here is a blue girl a bigger one....hardly any color looks like your baby you got back....

My chick I think is a darker blue wheaten....

I think I just confused you more than a person needs to be. haha!

Cynthia, I'm not seeing anything on your Wheatens that screams boy. They both look like girls thus far, especially the one you kept. If you have a boy, I think it will manifest in the next little while. Loved the yogurt pics

Lisa, Red... I'm excited..as I took the pictures and was looking at them, I still thought the first one kept looked girly to me.

That one is my favorite one in color.

CYnthia, I am dead sure the first one is a girl, the feathers are exactly right for the breed to be female :) It's ok, go ahead and love her! haha :D
My little Margarita looks a lot like that one. And she is a sweetheart to boot. Hope they lay some pretty eggs, they sure hatched from some! Hope the second one is a girl too, she is that yummy toasted marshmallow color someone mentioned on here! Cute.

Chiko, thanks! Like that one too :) And your two broody girls together is precious!

Roos, anybody?? haha, I am not going to stop trying at least  I now am down to 25 girls. Sheesh that went down fast. Until I go get a couple more....

Lisa, don't give them to me. I seem to be cursed, blah.

I've been studying the white EE I got from Cynthia, and I'm starting to hope it's a girl. But, we'll see. I love Chuck Norris, either way

LOVE the name Chuck Norris lol! Love it! C'mon, you need more roosters don't ya?? :p I am hoping someone might want them for breeding, but if not they could be somebody's dinner....not mine though I cannot eat or process my own that is just way too weird, especially when one is named after my grandma..... So on yours, look at the saddle feathers. You see any teensy sharp ones coming in>? I can barely see them on the black but they are there. The girls are totally rounded.
