my hubby will be going back down to West Valley City in the next day or two. He's napping now by let me ask him before I make a solid commitment for him. just wanted to let you know of the possibility. I'm sorry she lost a chick!

K thanks for checking! She is from Payson, but she can usually meet in SLC. So if he knows what time of day especially, I can see if it will work. If so, I could drop it off to you I have to go to Hyrum tomorrow at 4:30....
If it does not work I think we are going the end of the month. More fun to get a fuzzy butt though, than a teenage velociraptor.

I had a couple of fast chicks hatch as well. Easter eggers from my own eggs. I had no pips that I could see. Went to the home show came back 3 hours later and had 2 chicks. Pretty cute a black one and a yellow one. Still very went but I'll get pictures later

Looking for a chicken train. Brandi, Cynthia's friend, said her snowball Polish died last night, so sad! I want to send her another one if there is a ride going that direction, anybody from Logan going to the SLC or Orem area in the next little while?

Lisa, I am always up in Kaysville on Wednesdays. I wouldn't mind going up north a little further when I am done teaching. Maybe we could meet in Brigham City or so? I would be happy to take a baby down to Lehi with me if things don't work out with Sasha's hubby. So sad she lost one

I just checked the eggs under my broody and looked up some images online. I think all three of the ones that were developing have a blood ring

We got our first baby goats of the year!! Taffy had quads today..lost one but three are looking good! I'll get better pictures later with a real camera.. They are full Nubians.

Red, so sad about your eggs. It was so brutally cold out though, that week you found them. One good thing, here, looking on the bright side---you will have many more fertile eggs coming your way!

Sundance, can't wait to see! Congrats on the babies Lockdown for me tonight on my Leghorn EE's and Marans. The Leghorn EE's have air cells the size of nearly half the egg. The marans are too small. Should have incubated them seperately to give the EE's a little more humidity...so I am pretty nervous about this batch! eek!
