Does anyone have chicks hatching today. I have a broody whose egg pipped and then died. I hate to have her sit that time without a baby

Sundance, I have new babies that hatched last night but am afraid I'm too far away... don;t think you want to drive that far and I'm not planning a trip to the city any time soon. SORRY!

I am in Logan, and I have 59 chickens (Including teenagers) and 6 quail I don't know how to say quail or teenagers in Spanish lol. PERO 2 pollos estoy criando para alguien que no puede tener ellos todavía, y uno es un roo venta Así 56. No es que esto suena como mucho menos lol

To translate--(BUT 2 chickens are for someone else and one roo is for sale. So 56...not that 56 sounds much better than 59 lol) If I got that right even.

Ok who remembers when I said 8 was the most? Who remembers when I said 12? Then 20? And I believe this Spring the number 50 was out there.....haha And that little coop that started it all? It was so much cuter and less weird and obsession-like back then

So my Sicilian Buttercup that turned out to be a Roo just got a new home. They also took one of the pullets that the neighbor bought thinking they were EE's. He said he had 1 other one at home. So he plans on trying for some eggs. Hope it works out well for him.

I still have 2 Buttercup Pullets here if anyone is interested, they are about 4 1/2 weeks old now. I might keep one since my Queen Bee turned out to be a King. Not sure, still thinking about it.

Cuteness alert! Had to share with my Utah peeps. I hope everyone is staying cool this weekend. These little ducklings have the right idea...although it looks like they need another low water pan. They are too small to get up into the larger one. Maybe some steps out of bricks would work.
