Utah!

I love the little owl faced one!

As for the 2 i got from you i cant really get a good look at them. Momo my new mama (3rd time) adopted them with her chicks and she is a Witch. They are in the grow out coop. I have 1/2" mesh over the main opening to keep them in because my BA is in the run part with her 7 chicks. The grow out coop is 3' x 5' but only has 2 little doors to see in from out side, all the other doors are inside the run area. If i reach in to even change the water or fill the food tray she attacks my hand, i am pretty sure if i grabed a chick she would draw blood.

Sounds like my turkey hen when she's setting. I had to wear a leather jacket and winter gloves to even feed her when she was sitting on her nest! I never did put up a video of that, did I? I took one, but I don't think I got it posted. She makes a MEAN little broody. Great mother, though.

Today my daughter was watching the chickens free range, and realized one had gotten into the neighbor's yard. I knocked on their door and asked if I could grab my hen out of their yard. He said, "Oh, that explains why I've been getting chocolate brown eggs for the last week". Oops. I guess it's been a few days since I've done a head count.

Why how nice of you to donate some lovely chocolate eggs to the neighbor

A few of my babies. Hey Gary, I am pretty sure that my blue I kept is a frizzle. What is yours looking like?

Oh my goodness red..now we know why the gloves! She came right after you. I have some Seramas, thinking that when they go broody, it won't be quite as bad. Hoping..

Yeah, every day was a battle with her when she was on the eggs. I originally put her at the back of that carrier, since it has plenty of room, but the twerp kept moving her nest up near the door, so of course I was in her space every time I had to open it! Good grief. She'll still take a few jabs at me when roosting at night (her babies are still with her, and they're almost her size) but other than that, she's calmed down.
