I am about to make you some lemonade. No matter what the situation is having her make a false report and get caught has made your BF's situation several hundred percent better. Now anyone reviewing the case will review al her statements as questionable. She has put herself in a very shaky situation and strengthened his situation by say 30 t0 40% . Defense atty's pray for this!

Well, the BF got word today that he's being summoned to court on Monday. Not sure what prompted this, though we're wondering if it has to do with the harassment report he made against his ex for........well, harassing him last weekend. Or if she made a false report against him with the police. I'm now dizzy from worry. I wouldn't be so anxious if this case had gone fairly from the start. I'll stop there and keep it short and simple.

Oh man. I just went out and checked on my birds. I lost my only female Icelandic chick. I put a heat lamp out there today because I was worried she was too cold. Poor little thing

Red, dang... your luck with your little flock is a Murphy's Law kinda deal!!! Can't wait until my two are old enough to start helping you get more Icee feather babies. Since their gene pool is already minute, can they breed together?? Need to really research them...eh!! Just found an Icelandic breeder in my neck of the woods.... going to look them up in the spring for more.

I'm not even going to respond to your 'legal' situation.... I'm not very positive about the justice system and family law, so I'll just shut up.... but keeping you in my prayers!!! Don't worry (easier said than done, I know), there's nothing you can do about the outcome and you'll only make yourself more ill over it. BTW: job yet?? Over here, everyone is hiring... but who really wants to live in the oilfields...lol. Love ya GF!! Keep your chin up.... watch your back, and smile.... do something nice for yourself!!!! I actually found Rose this morning. She/he is fine (still confuses me, Rose does. Not sure on its gender yet)

Still no sign of my devoted broody hen though.

You know, I'm not sure it was a raccoon... The culprit nabbed the chicken, ate half of it and left. Dunno.

I love Wheaten Ameraucanas--They are so pretty plus tend to come from really sweet-tempered bloodlines. I'm not sure what a the initials stand for on your other breed, but thinking some kind of Maran & I know those lay cool colored eggs. And it's always nice to have birds that are attached to each other & get along, like you said your three do.

Your offer sounds like a very tempting one. I hope someone grabs them quick & gives them a good home!
