Utah!

one of my tiny babies had a red lump hanging out of his butt when it hatched. Today it seemed a bit smaller and had kind of a scab in it, So I put preparation H on him. Figured it shrinks hemmrohoids it might shink this lump on his butt, Guess we'll find out,

Yes, I hear it works great..let us know. :)

Cute video of that little one crowing. I had one crow that was just a few days old! I couldn't believe my ears. I would have thought it was a mistake, but it did it ever time I came into the room and made noise. It was like it was telling me to shush! lol..
I think my white cockerel crowed today. I heard one out there..and I know my neighbors next door only have hens. Haven't heard it since, it was kind of loud..darn it. :/

This is the last little Serama born. He is a few days younger than the others. She abandoned the remaining eggs and this was the only one that made it. He has a funny marking on his head lol.

I love its spot! So cute!

Hey Brandi, (convoyjet) do you still have Vinnie or do you know if wherever he is he is making babies? I was dying to see if there were paint silkie or SG babies from him, would love eggs if it is even possible...

You are as bad as me. I have given many a bird up that I wished that I had kept. After I saw how it turned out. :)

Now watch..you just wait and see how pretty that white NN ends up looking. She's sweet.

Call her spot now, but that will go down the neck and shoulder area. Maybe will have more brown in the body. Will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Cute little tiny tots!

Hi All, I'm so far behind on posts but I did catch the pic of Hercules. If you don't find a home and you think he'd be good hawk prevention (and somewhat nice to the ladies) then I can give him a home. However right now has become a bad time. We have my husband's brother staying with us (cancer) and it looks like the battle's coming to an end.

I also lost the chick I purchased as a buddy for the blind chick. Tiny chick sized spot was covered twice in netting but something ripped it and she got out. Found her not eaten, just a small wound but under my porch on the cold rock. I do want to post a pick of the blind chick. Bantam cochin and I can't figure out what color he is, at least I think he's looking pretty he-ish darnit.

So... if Herc still needs a place PM me. I jump on when I can but the pages here add up quickly!

Stay safe all!

I hear there was an earthquake up north of us last night. Anyone feel it?

Not here, but the cows in the pasture next to us when nuts at that time. They bawled and got in a big tight circle (and we're talking probably 75 cattle & calves).

When Tooele had one my horses went bonkers. Weird they both reacted differently to different areas...
