Hahaha! So true!! I should. I have been meaning to do something crocheted lately. I am just finishing up with a shawl in pure silk yarn.. oh it's lovely!!

During our family get to gather, for our 24th celebration on Saturday, the birds were out doing their thing when we were graced by the presence of our local young buck. I have a small herd of deer that live in the trees along the creek, about 600 feet from my place. I also had two fawns on the lawn on Sunday morning as well. The chickens and them get along well… we are equal grazing opportunity employers.

Yes, they do love the wife's tomato plants, we just plant plenty so we always have some to share. It is so nice to have critters and things…

I had this feeling....lol...I was hoping I was wrong! Sorry to hear about the crowing.

Back from Vacation....not good...tires blowing up and being stranded in the mountains with no cell service and no civilization is not so fun. We did make it to Redfish Lake, and that part was awesome at least! No way can I catch up on all the posts you guys have been chatty.....Cynthia I did see your sister got moved, thank goodness! Hope she is feeling well and will be better cared for!
