Hi my name is Lisa, I haven't posted on here for quite some time but... About a week before thanksgiving I thought someone stole my midget white Turkey hen, we'll last week she reappeared then give again so a few days later she reappeared again, but this time i followed her. She goes over the fence to the neighbors front window well, so now iknow she laying on eggs which is kinda shocking since she was just hatched this spring, but iwent to get her yesterday and this time I heard some little cheeps, so i figured she hatched one or two, nope 10 with two more peeping. So after making my long story longer, I have some midget white Turkey chicks

I need to thin my flock in general, I currently have 6 ducks,12 chickens, and now 14 midget white Turkeys (12 of those chicks) I started out this spring with zero birds, but my daughter passed away so i kept buying every cute fuzzy chick i seen, not one was a roo and i didn't have deaths thank goodness, but I bite off more than i can chew

Isn't this something? So many folks trying to get eggs to hatch, and look what a mama can do. Did the neighbors know?
And, so sorry to hear about your daughter. You have been away for a while, I don't recall you saying anything, I hoe you can feel of the spirit in Christmas this season.

Wow she is pretty! I cant believe how much buff color she turned! She was so blue as a chick. How old is she now?

She is 4 months old now. Yes lots of buff! Still a little bit of light blue on the tail fluff, and some on the primary feathers, and the darker areas in the crest but thats it. She changed a ton. Here she is right after I got her from you.
