Utah!

I am feeling bad, I LOVE the coop the DH built for me but we discussed it needing a modification as water drains from the roof of both it and the covered portion of the run right over the pop door....that modification has not been done....my poor chickens will be wet when I get home I bet.

I really like those gates into your run!

I got my new egg cooker and tried it out today. Awesome! Fresh eggs and they slipped right out! Best $15 Amazon purchase I've ever made. :D It takes less time for them to cook than boiling a pot of water.

Does that keep them from sticking to the shell/membrane?

Yes! They pretty much slipped right out. :) I did but them in ice water after the cooked and peeled them right away. The 2nd batch I did, I left in the shell because my daughter wants to take them to school for lunch to show her friends how pretty they are. I'll try to remember to report back if those peel as easily.
