Utah!

Yay for Chickendad! I have a GSL, my best layer for sure.
What a about the name?

Birdman---my quietest is my Barred Rock. She is "Violet" the one we worship lol. She is the sweetest thing ever. I am getting Ozzie the Australorp on Saturday if you want any from Cynthia I could bring one back and meet you somewhere along the corridor back to Logan. Will be later at night maybe 8 or 9 by the time we come back through. Did you see those Australorps? Cute :) Good luck on your haggling!

my bsl are quiet. but yeah leghorns are little loud mouths. i have 4 of them. my welsummer is my biggest loud mouth. so if any of you are selling pullets, let me know the ages and breeds and any other info you want to add lol. now the haggling did not go so well. the reason lisa got it cheap is because it was old stock so they payed less for it and sold if for less. i could not get them to drop the price and i had to buy a bag so i payed the high price. they will be getting chicks in soon if anyone is intrested and they do have chicken stuff. i saw on their web site they have a cheap incubator, i think it was around $20. but yeah if any of you have pullets that at least are all feathered up let me know. i would like them at around pol or just started laying but i may take a little younger pullets. thanks everyone!

Ok, here are pictures of my lavender to compare..think it's a girl??
Paper towel, just in case!
She is screaming here for her buddies..I got the shot with her mouth shut~quite a loud peeps.

Birdman--Bummer on the haggling:( They did say this bag was the last one in stock...that would explain it! I hope it works ok! I think I will always want a chicken. No matter how many I get lol. I gotta stop soon, the poop will be high as the moon, I will be coop cleaning every other day.

UtahChickenDad....just forgot about your webcam. I got on there for a minute...am I counting 6? or 5? Very cute little speedy chicks running around happy in their new home :) That little chipmunk is cute as can be.

birdman, are you interested in an almost pullet..a pencil rock? They are in the rock's breed. You have the barreds', the partridge, the penciled, not sure what else. They are close to being all feathered out. I got them from Dick Horstman. I am pretty sure now the two I kept are girls. Had a gal over the other day that took most of the others, and she said that you can really see the difference between the cockerel and pullets now, and that mine are looking like pullets. Just a thought.

Lisa, after looking at that blue, it is so light, I am thinking that it is a splash and not a blue. Time only tells with those. Not too long though, could start seeing darker spots on it as it feathers out. Will be interesting to see.
