I 2nd getting the DE from Steve Reagan Co. I bought my 50lbs bag for just $24. SUPER good price.

Our dear Lisa came out to our little farm this evening for a visit. I told her earlier that I was having a bad day...so she brought a few little things to cheer me up! What a sweetheart she is.

Of the 3 eggs we hatched from my Wyandotte bantam bunch, we are down to 2. I lost my little crele pullet.

The crele roo is doing SUPER well though, he's like a little linebacker! The barred rock is doing well too, but is just a hair behind the crele roo in development.

We picked up our new goats last night, and several people wanted pictures, so here they are. Yet to be named, we're kicking some ideas around.

These guys are so fun, cute, adorable, all that!! You better add goats to your siggie now lol. Thanks for the fun tour, your place is Ahhhmazing and I cannot wait to see how it turns out. Wish I had all that space/barns/coops I would have every nook and cranny full of chickens though lol, I would be _____ on wheels. You guys are truly living "life on the farm". Love it, so envious!

I just thought of this we are both hatching eggs for Memorial Day weekend so we can have a Utah memorial day weekend hatch along haha! Cynthia are you in! You gotta have some close to that. Sphinx, yours can count! So it is written, so it will be Now I have to come up with a prize for best hatch rate. How about a free rooster?

Well I am feeling bummed tonight. I know my Marans hatched out some babies, but I haven't been able to get over and look for her so I can see them, nor has my boyfriend been able to find her after he gets home from work. He did find one dead chick near the coop, though. I won't put the picture up here, but it looked like a Marans x EE baby, probably a male. It was a very cool looking little baby. I sure hope there are more of them running around. I really wanted to see them

Ok, I'm in on the Utah Memorial Day Hatch, but I've already got plenty of roosters; maybe I'll provide one as a prize. ha ha ha! My chicks won't hatch til Tuesday though, so I'll be on the late end. I think it'll be a lot of fun.

Sasha..is that QH a buckskin in color? Can't quite tell by the picture, but I just love the buckskin color. Well, I just love horses. Wanted one all my life. Thankfully, I have great memories of riding back in the day. I had plenty of riding days from other's horses...love it!!

I would hatch some but I don't have the incubator ready....Hmmm, I could still get some bantam eggs...Wonder if Mike would be up to it again?
