So, my chicks are 16 weeks old and THEY ARE BIG!

I feel so weird coming to the "raising chicks" forum for them, but as they haven't laid eggs yet--they're chicks, right?

Is there a point at which I need to leave all you lovely folks and pose questions to a more appropriate forum? Say it ain't so--and if it is, tell me where to go!

(expecting eggs soon!!! Opened the nest boxes!!!)

At 16 weeks, I would be calling them young pullets.
this forum is for ALL CHICKENS of any age. I do not know of a friendlier place to go than right here to learn all there is to kow about raising chickens.
So it "ain't so". There I said it. Hope you stay.
