Vacation from bullying

if I separate my barred rock (21 week old) from her older bully sisters, can I leave her alone? Or do I have to put her back to roost with the others every night? Her enclosure will be in the same run as the older ones so they'll be able to see eachother. I'm planning on keeping her separate for about 2 weeks to get her confidence back and to put weight on her since she's underweight I'm guessing from bullying. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like a good plan. See-no touch. Might want to consider putting the nicest hen in with her for companionship. They will likely forge a bond which may help when all integrated again. As long as they have safe shelter, no reason they have to coop with the rest at night.
