Vaccinate chicks hatched by broody hen??

I just vaccinated (Mareks) several chicks that I hatched in the incubator, and I'm wondering, before I dispose if the rest of the unused vaccine, if I should vaccinate 8 chicks that a hen (actually two hens tag-teamed that little project) hatched about 2 weeks ago?

Also, I have the Newcastle-Bronchitis vaccine too, but I haven't researched enough to know when or how to use it. I feel like a total idiot asking these kinds of questions, but still pretty new at this, and I'm on a tight time schedule on the Mareks vaccine. Might as well ask both questions...

Edited because I ran out of time on the vaccine, but if anyone has advise for future reference - or on the Newcastle vaccine, I would stilbe grateful!

When I vaccinate I do all the chicks. Broody and incubator. They are equally likely to catch disease. This thread has some links on vaccinations you can look at:
