Vaccinating for coryza

I ordered the vaccine for Coryza but need information on what type of needle to use and how exactly to give the shot. Do diabetic needles work? Need to vaccinate chicks and one grown bird. They are new and not infected. Can I vaccinate the infected birds once they are better? How much of the vaccine do I administer? Details please!!!

Do not use diabetic needles. Get some needles from the farm store, just ask for a small needle. Diabetic needles are in units and you will not be giving the correct dose. I would vaccinate all your birds including the ones who had been sick. Perhaps it will offer a bit of protection in case it was a different strain or something. I wouldn't give it if they are actively sick though, might be too much for the immune system. Good luck!
