Vaccinating

Want to know your thots and such on how to vacinate your flock for mareks...if you do or don't and where do you get the vacine from? Also how do you determine day one....if they are born in the evening or middle of the nite do you wait till all are hatched or do you start vacinating as soon as they hatch?
