I have a 5-month-old hen at home and she hasn't been vaccinated yet. She is not sick and is doing well now.
It's hard to get the vaccine since she's only one but I want to vaccinate my hen if it could
---
1.Is there vaccines that would work for a 5 month old chicken? I can give the fowlpox vaccine now but any other?

2.How often should I give my hen antibiotics or wormers as a preventative?

3. any other medications I can give as a preventative?

Sounds like she's doing o.k. so none of these things you've mentioned seem necessary.

You certainly don't want to give any antibiotics as a preventative. Antibiotics should only be given when there's a clear indication of infection.

Getting a fecal float is best before using dewormers.

No other medications should be given as preventatives.

IF symptoms arise that are concerning, seeking vet care is best. If that's not possible, then you will need to determine what is cause the symptoms and treat accordingly.
