vacination question

I live in riverside ca. Should I vacinate my chickens? I have seen birds squeeze into my pen to steal the chickens food. IfI should vacinate, what should I vacinate agasinst, and do I vacinate by mouth or injection, I vacinate my dogs, and cat's my self so I can do it. I just don't know how to do it with chickens.
