vacuum for chicken coop

It might be, though most are quite small. We used the shopvac to get ALL the mess out before taking The Little Monitor Coop partially apart for remodeling.

But in day-to-day use there's no reason to vacuum a coop spotless. Just fork out the old bedding and lay down new. :)

After I shovel out the coop, I usually use the air compressor to blow out the dust. Every once in a while I haul my shopvac out there to get dust out of the corners, but that's a lot of work for something that's going to get dirty again so quickly.

I just recently purchased a cordless vacuum for my car and now thinking about it would definitely help with tidying up here and there. If your like me and like to keep your coop looking nice..but for a deep cleaning of the coup I would definitely recommend a shovel lol but Check Amazon they have tons of cordless vacuums.

I got one of these for spot cleaning. The dust is horrible, and it helps quite a lot. I do need to clean out the filter frequently, since it plugs up rapidly. But it's as easy as just tapping the filter against a tree and it's good to go again. I didn't want to drag a corded vacuum in there. This one is light enough to just carry in, do some cleaning, and be done. I do it just to keep the extensive dust down.
