I've loved watching her mowhawk grow in over the past few days. Got her from the bantam mix at TSC. Any ideas?

Also she is a bigger breed or standard size. She's double the size of the bantam baby we have in there.

Can you explain to me why you say its a Brabanter?
I was going to say Golden Laced Polish. Seems odd that you would get one of those from TSC. The only hatchery I know of that sells those is Ideal.

I live in Texas literally 3 hours from Ideal. Our TSC stores could very much be buying from them seeing as their shipping prices are stunning.

Crest is different than a Polish crest. Even as chicks, you can clearly see the crest on Polish. This chick did not have a very pronounced crest as a chick.

Almost reminds me of a Appellenzer Spitzhauben ( yes I know i didn't spell that right, I'm so ashamed) but they only come in silver laced color right? Never saw a gold one.
