Valbazen 500ml - how to administer to chickens and the dosage?

Does anyone know what the dosage would be for Valbazen/500 ml, as well as ways to administer this and what the treatment term for chickens may be?

Where do you all get your drugs, meds and vaccines??? Are there stores or online retailers you can buy without a veterinarians prescription and without an “agricultural license”? Thanks!

These dewormers aren't prescription. You can buy them over the counter.
