How much valbazen added to a gallon of water for bantams? How much valbazen added to a gallon of water for big chickens?

It would be that same amount for both sized chickens. @KsKingBee puts Valbazen in his waterers, hopefully he'll stop by and tell us.

It's best to dose each bird orally one by one, that way you know they got properly wormed. No guesswork whether they drank it, or drank enough to be effective, or didnt drink it at all.
