Valbazen for my Dog - same dosing schedule as for chickens??

I think my dog has tapeworms. I just finished dosing all my ducks chickens and geese with Valbazen ( twice ten days apart)
. I think I should deworm my dog too … is the dosing schedule the same ?
I heard it’s one cc for every 10 pounds of weight, but is it given once and then again in 10 days.???
