I did not join in the thread but I have 6 eggs pipping and one little black silkie out already. I named it Val!

3 have hatched at of 8 and 3 more pips and one in egg is tweeting so count it as 7

Only 3 out of 12 Silver Dorking eggs made it to lockdown, and 2 of those three are pipping. I ended up with 10 project Chocolate Ameracauna's out of 14 eggs!

I am sitting at a whopping 8 hatched out of 33 so far...with 2 more working on hatching...No Mr.Jim prize eggs for me

Okay, I hit the magic number. Chicks 1-26, fluffy and ready for the brooder.


Chicks 27 & 28 just popped out about ten minutes apart. They still have some resting in the incubator to do.'


Still at least one more pip.
