Vaxed and non-vaxed chicks together?

We are helping to build a coop and run on a friend's place. We have 10 silkie chicks which will be about a month older than her 25 Silver Wyandotte and Buff Orpington chicks (pullets). Mine were not vaccinated. She did not intend to get hers vaxed but they were. Is that going to cause us another issue? We already know that we are going to have to be cautious about putting them together and were hoping to do it as young as possible - as soon as they could be outside as we only have small brooders.
