I used to love those crackers, that actually sounds pretty good!My mom used to make us Ritz crackers with PB and a slice of pickle on top as a snack.![]()
That sounds... interesting. Pickles dipped in mayo is really good tho!I want to try pickles with pb, has anyone tried this?

Vegan eggs!
Okay, they dont look 100%, but it was a first attempt and it tasted pretty good! Served with vegan duck style pieces and couscous!

no!Are the yolks pickles?
How did it taste?no!
Its all made with the same batter (tofu, flour, water, corn starch, salt and black salt), I just coloured the yolks using tumeric!
Next time I plan to work on the yolks, getting them more round and elevated opposed to flat, and a little richer in colour. The taste and texture was pretty good though! Now to perfect the presentation!
Kinda like scrambled tofu, but a little plainer and with a more realistic texture. It had the eggy flavour from the black salt, so, pretty good! How did it taste?

Oh, okay. Lol. I was kinda confused, but I don't eat pickles so I wasn't sure if maybe they tasted similar or notno!
