Vegetarians here! And wanna be vegans, Working toward that.

Used to eat the SAD (standard American diet), but Biblical study led us to desire the Daniel diet, and eventually back to the Garden. We’re getting there!

I’m also a strong advocate for animal rights, as well as a student of Dr. Max Gerson & Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Those pioneers have led us in that direction too.

Currently, we still eat lowfat dairy & egg whites.

4 Brahma hens

I started out kinda similar, eating anything, to eating a Biblical diet (according to OT food laws), and then eventually fully vegan.
I'm not religious anymore, but I still deeply respect religious views on these things.

These vegan cakes are extraordinary!!
Theyre by a brand called Wicked Kitchen, they do icecream, and baked goods. I was never a fan of them, but Ive changed my mind!!
First we tried the lemon cupcakes, they were really yummy!!
Then we tried the pumpkin spiced flavoured ones, and my goodness!
So very yummy! Best vegan cakes Ive had! As well as the carrot cake at my favourite restaurant.
